Then you still need to go for an internship with a licensed pharm, which will take about another one year. In US you can get a license from one state and use it to work in other states , this means that you do not have to get another license in case you are moving or working in a another state quite different from where you were issued your license.

The final stage is to go for internship during this period you learn more under or from a licensed pharmacist which usually take a year to go through then you are now a pharmacist, it now your choice to choose what to do either you practice on your own or working for the government it all depends on you.
